When I first was applying to art schools, I didn’t understand the power of a portfolio until people weren’t taking me seriously. Having had to develop one and learn how to build one, it helped me grow and earn more future opportunities. Just like you it is my goal to help you achieve yours and help you grow. Building a portfolio isn’t easy, with my years of experience building many and branding myself lets grow together.

The goal for the introduction of the class is all about networking. You are all here for a reason, whether that is one focus or multiple. The first class is free for all models, make up artists, hair stylists and more. The intro class will go over goals for myself and all of you and then finding a custom class for you.

Everyone will have different portfolio goals and focus points, but where do you want to start?

What this class will go over will be editorial work, fashion work, boudoir, avantgarde, creative work, beauty, commercial work and alternative styles.

You could want to develop all these skills or just one. We will discover together and go from there.

When it comes to brands and selling yourself you have to know what your own brand is as well. Are you punk? cute? preppy? Knowing yourself and your goals will help brand who you already are and expand your knowledge on book ability.

A good example is Gucci, they have a specific style and type of demographic they cater to, it took a while for them to sell themselves when they first started, the same goes for models.

Researching models is extremely important when studying certain genres of the industry. The research will also be part of your portfolio plan. I have put together a list of current models who have realistic social media presence and today’s standards of what current photographers and agencies are looking for. This list is specific and perfectly made for those who attend.

This seems weird but trust the process.
